What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that is sent from our web server and stored by your browser. There are two types of cookies: Permanent or stored cookies and temporary cookies. Temporary cookies disappear when you close your browser and are therefore not saved, while permanent cookies are stored on your computer for a longer period of time.
The purpose of cookies
Cookies are used on the website to count user numbers and traffic, so that we can develop and improve the website.
If you do not want to accept cookies, you can set your browser to automatically deny the storage of cookies or to be notified every time a website asks to be allowed to store cookies. You can also use your browser to delete previously stored cookies. Read more on the browser’s help pages. You can also manually delete cookies on your hard drive whenever you want.
If you choose not to accept cookies, you can still use a number of features, but you can limit the functionality on certain pages.
